Jubilee Availability Form

We are greatly anticipating a wonderful time of Jubilee this year!

Each adult in your family, that wishes to help during Jubilee, will need to fill out a separate form in its entirety.

Be very specific about times you are available on each day.


When you submit the form you are volunteering for ANY of the following areas:

Church cleaning

Servers

Kitchen Workers

Gym clean up

Dishwashers

Bathroom clean up

Nursery Clean up

If there is an area you are not able to help in, please specify that in the box at the end of the form.


Jr. High and High school students will NOT need to fill out a form. Jubilee days are counted as school hours and all students are required to attend and work Jubilee. All Jr. high and High school students will be assigned jobs and may be required to help during the day and should remain available for the entire week. If your child is unavailable due to an appointment, please leave that in the box at the end of the form. A doctor/dentist note must be submitted.

Contact Us

On Saturday we need some young adult ladies (or men) to help clean the church facility. After our Friday service our facility is quite a mess and we need extra help on this day. 

For Sunday we have a meal after the morning service so we need servers, runners, and clean up crews. Everyone pitches in to help clean the Kitchen and Gym on Sunday after the meal.
