Rental events will be limited to only two events per month. 

Office administration reserve the right to deny a date request if it is too close to a scheduled church or school event. 

Rental Fee and deposits are required 2 weeks prior to the event date. 

Gymnasium/Pavilion Rules and Regulations:

1. All visitors must abide by the PVBC Visitor Dress code policy.
2. No scooters, bikes, roller skates or blades, wheelies, motorized ride on toys or any other vehicle on the gym floor. 
3. Regulation gym shoes or footwear only, on the gym floor, during play. 
4. No one is permitted on the stage or piano in the gym unless you have received prior approval.
5. The person(s) renting the facility is responsible for any damage to any equipment or property of the Pleasant View Baptist Church. 
6. PVBC is not responsible for any accident or injury on the premises during the rental time. 
7. If you are renting the gym or pavilion kitchen, you will only be allowed to access the equipment mentioned in the rental agreement. 
8. A detailed cleaning checklist must be completed in order for you to receive a refund on your deposit. 
9. Failure to abide by the rules or clean-up list will result in denial of a return on your deposit and the renter may be denied access to renting the facility for future events. 
10. Event attendees are not permitted in any other part of the facility other than the pavilion, gym or kitchen. 
11. You must meet with PVBC staff at least one week prior to event in order to go over usage of gym or pavilion kitchen equipment. 
12. Renters are not permitted to use any consumable paper or grocery items in the kitchen or storage rooms. You must provide all of your own paper or disposable goods.

Gymnasium Rental

$150 – This includes a refundable deposit of $50.

You will have access to the following:

-gymnasium

-one food warmer located in the gym

-gym bathrooms

- all gym play equipment

-gym tables and chairs

-stage and piano (upon request)

You will have access to the gymnasium as early as possible on the day of the event. In order to receive a refund on your deposit you must abide by all rules above and complete the gym cleaning checklist. Once the facility has been checked and all stipulations have been met, you will receive the $50 deposit back. If any of the rules or stipulations have not been met you will forfeit your deposit.

Gymnasium and Kitchen

$175 - This includes a refundable deposit of $50

You will have access to the following:

Gymnasium:

-gym bathrooms

- all gym play equipment

-gym tables and chairs

Kitchen:

Only the following will be available to renters. No other kitchen equipment is to be used for any reason. 

-stove

-2 door refrigerator

-2 warmers

-ice machine

-convection oven

You will have access to the kitchen/gymnasium as early as possible on the day of the event. In order to receive a refund on your deposit you must abide by all rules above and complete the gym/kitchen cleaning checklist. Once the facility has been checked and all stipulations have been met, you will receive the $50 deposit back. If any of the rules or stipulations have not been met you will forfeit your deposit.

Outdoor Pavilion



The Pavilion can be used for parties and events at no charge but MUST BE SCHEDULED THROUGH THE OFFICE. 

Pavilion Only: no charge

Pavilion and Kitchen: $50

the kitchen is not currently ready to be used for events
